TheDen:Grading and Feedback Policy

The purpose of this document will be to outline acceptable grading and feedback practices for the new grading system. The new grading system will replace the current 'Rating' system. The grading system will still use the same 5 metrics we are familiar with, and will also include a comment box for feedback related comments. (This will leave the current comments box for people who only wish to give a friendly Good Job! rather than constructive criticism, and the simple 5 star rating system will be restored for these people as well.)
The intent to reserve the grading system only for serious, well thought out, feedback. Thus this document will be necessary to outline what acceptable feedback is.
