I'm a 50 something woman with an overwhelming amount of creative energy. Writing is my sanity, creating anything from jewelry to woodworking is my solace. From a charmed childhood to adventurous young adulthood, Married 25 years to the father of my children for all the wrong reasons. A total and complete mismatch where I remain in the same house, separately today. Frustrated with the economy and finishing the raising of my two adult children, I long for a day where I'm on my own bathing in solitude and time to use the abundant creative energy for my own satisfaction. Having spent far too many years careing for everyone... but myself. I have the health, body and the youthful spirit of a 25 year old Practicing mindfulness and compassion is the only way to live for me. Present moment ...baby :)
