I have come to a realization.

I am my own creation.

I am exhausted from years of this fight.

I have awoken with a new sight.

No matter what they will judge me.

Why has this taken so long for me to see?

Oh that simple life,

SItting on a porch swing, drinking lemonade with you. 

Out in the country, that is where I belong. 

The only sound is birds chirping in the morning light.
